# How To Make It:
- In a bowl, toss lamb cubes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and sear lamb cubes on all sides until browned and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, beat whipped cream cheese, ricotta, crème fraîche, and salt until light and fluffy. Shape the mixture into cloud-like forms on parchment paper or directly on the serving board using a piping bag or spoon. Garnish with edible sprinkles if desired.
- Arrange bowls of hummus and tzatziki on the board. Place the cheese clouds artfully to mimic clouds. Skewer the lamb bites and distribute them across the board. Fill the remaining space with crackers, vegetables, grapes, and blueberries. Add mini meringues and white chocolate truffles in clusters to enhance the cloud effect. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and optional edible flowers.
- Present immediately and invite guests to build their own bites.
