# What You'll Need:
→ Bread
01 - 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices (about 16 slices)
→ Cheese
02 - 4 oz fresh goat cheese, softened
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
→ Hot Honey
04 - ¼ cup honey
05 - ½–1 tsp red pepper flakes, adjusted to taste
→ Garnish
06 - 1 tbsp fresh chives or thyme, finely chopped
07 - Flaky sea salt to taste
→ For Brushing
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool slightly.
02 - In a small bowl, combine softened goat cheese and cream cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes. Warm gently for 15–20 seconds in the microwave or over low heat until just warm and fragrant. Stir and let sit for one minute to infuse flavors.
04 - Spread an even layer of cheese mixture onto each toasted baguette slice, then drizzle generously with warm hot honey.
05 - Top each crostini with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt if desired. Serve immediately while still warm and crispy.
