# How To Make It:
01 - Cook potstickers and edamame as needed. Slice vegetables and fruits. Cut nori into small circles for facial features.
02 - Lay lettuce leaves in a curving line on a large serving platter to form the dragon's body.
03 - Place BBQ pork, shrimp, and potstickers along the lettuce to resemble the dragon's scales.
04 - Use sliced cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, mango, and dragon fruit to enhance the dragon's body and tail.
