01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
→ Fruit
03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried
→ Optional Garnish
04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving
# How To Make It:
01 - Cut the mild cheddar and gouda cheeses into evenly sized 0.6 inch cubes.
02 - Wash the seedless red grapes thoroughly and pat dry.
03 - Use small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks to thread a cube of cheddar, followed by a grape, then a cube of gouda, and another grape. Repeat the pattern until all ingredients are used, ending with either cheese or grape as preferred.
04 - Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
