10 - 1 small carrot, shredded
11 - 1/2 cucumber, seeded and finely diced
12 - 1/2 cup finely shredded purple cabbage
13 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions

14 - Fresh parsley or cilantro, finely chopped
# How To Make It:
01 - In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and spreadable.
02 - Place one tortilla on a clean surface and evenly spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture over it, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
03 - Distribute an even layer of all diced and shredded vegetables over the spread, arranging them in rows or scattered for a festive appearance.
04 - Firmly press the vegetables into the spread, then tightly roll the tortilla from one edge to the other.
05 - Repeat spreading, layering, and rolling with the remaining tortillas and filling.
06 - Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to facilitate slicing.
07 - Remove plastic wrap, slice each roll into 6 pinwheels, arrange on a serving platter, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
