# How To Make It:
01 - Whisk together milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, white chocolate chips, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until hot and chocolate melts without boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons hot water (not boiling), and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in matcha mixture until fully incorporated.
